I had a fantastic time enjoying the gym facilities and a super tasty plant-based burger during my stay. I also loved relaxing in the cozy lounge area between activities. One minor hiccup was the breakfast timing as we missed some croissants, but overall it was a great experience! 😊

The staff stood out for their friendliness and willingness to assist, especially when it came to room changes. A newly renovated room was a pleasant surprise compared to the initial one. Breakfast was particularly delightful, offering a variety of hot and tasty options. the dining experience fell short one evening with an undercooked fish dish, and the wine selection needs updating, as I was offered a bottle at a much higher price.

Service needs a boost
So, this place was kinda a mixed bag. The check-in felt like a wild goose chase with no one around, and I had to bother bar staff to find someone. Cocktails weren’t a thing here despite the menu and the dinner was a letdown. The bar could use more options too. Breakfast had a cold vibe, not great!

decent stay but room could improve
The breakfast options were varied, and the staff serving were particularly engaging. The hospitality shown made the mornings enjoyable and set a positive tone for the day.
The room's cleanliness left something to be desired.

missingWrote a review on 14 Julpoor maintenance
Despite the large car park, the hotel’s location within an industrial area lacks nearby attractions, making it a bit isolated. Many rooms suffer from stuffiness, and the absence of air conditioning leads to uncomfortable heat, even in spring. There are also reports of poor maintenance, with mold around windows and dust accumulation—definitely a need for some TLC. Breakfast options could be more varied, and on my visit, I found certain items disappointing compared to expectations.

The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a nice view of the lake behind the hotel perfect for leisurely walks. The staff was genuinely friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, especially their delicious plant-based options.
Some noise from neighboring rooms disturbed my sleep.

The Classic Double Room was nice and clean, with a comfy bed. The sink was cracked, though—happens a lot in hotels, right? Windows opened for fresh air, and there was a fan, but no air conditioning. It was super quiet, and the courtyard outside was pretty. No lift, but it was just one flight of stairs.
